Erica Davis is a Yale and University of London alum with diverse experience in marketing research and operations, brand strategy, product marketing, media production, project and event management, and public relations. Content creation is a passion of hers, which she regularly indulges in her role in communications with the Innovation Office of SAP Customer Experience. Erica also gained valuable insight from her international career as a professional basketball player, and always looks to apply that in challenging, creative capacities.
