Carlo Gattei is the Head of the Customer Experience Department for HORSA S.p.A., one of the major and award-winning SAP and SAP CX partners in Italy. He has almost 20 years of experience in SAP projects and CRM implementation in national and International customers. He spent his career in consulting companies to define the best strategy and implementation of CX solutions, by supporting them in the definition of their digital transformation and in selecting the best software platforms. He’s currently working with some of the biggest Italian companies in the Automotive, CPGs and industrial Manufacturing area in automating their ERP processes and integrating industrial solutions with Customer Experience platforms, with the aim to increase revenues and ensure customer satisfaction. He has a PhD in Applied Artificial Intelligence from Bologna University.
