John is a VP in the Global Solution Management team focused on the strategy and growth of the SAP Commerce suite of solutions. John has held previous roles as Head of APJ Center of Excellence focused on the SAP Customer Experience solutions. He has also held roles as Head of Industry and solutions in ANZ Prior to joining SAP, John had a 14-year career in wholesale banking.
