Marcel Mueller is global product owner of sales and service CRM in the Business Digital Organization at Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany. He has spent more than the last decade in the area of CRM having different roles with strong focus on bridging the gap between business and IT.

After implementing software-projects for more than five years in food retailing, he joined Bosch in 2013 and gained experiences within different Bosch business units.
