He’s spent over 20 years in the industry working in and alongside a range of leading global companies. He is a contributing writer for Fast Company, author of the upcoming Redefining HR book (Kogan Page, January 2021), co-author of Employer Branding for Dummies, and Host of the Redefining HR podcast. He’s a champion of open-source, co-founding the HR Open Source initiative, a driving a range of global initiatives to accelerate innovation and education in HR.
