If you are a company with more than 100,000 customers, the CPRA will apply to you if you generate at least 50% of annual revenue from selling or sharing consumer personal information (PI). This is another update in the CPRA in comparison to the CCPA. In the CCPA, only the selling of consumer personal information was covered.
