Pete Hess is the CEO of Khoros. Prior to joining Lithium in February 2018, Mr. Hess enjoyed a 23-year career with Advent Software where he held roles in sales and sales management, followed by executive leadership positions in sales, marketing, and customer success, and going on to become President and CEO. Pete led the merger of Spredfast and Lithium having previously operated as a Senior Advisor to Vista Equity Partners for six months and serving on the Lithium Board of Directors.
