Bob is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s US Human Capital practice advising clients with their operations and technology initiatives. His subject matter advisory spans multiple industries including life sciences, manufacturing, transportation, financial services, retail and high technology. Bob’s client engagement leadership roles include both advisory and implementation; business case assessment, vendor selection, technology roadmap planning, business process redesign, system integration and outsourcing.

Bob currently leads Deloitte Consulting’s Global and US SAP SuccessFactors market offering and has previously served as Regional Leader for Deloitte Consulting’s US India HR Transformation practice.
