Joao Araujo is the VP of Customer Experience Sales for Brazil and is responsible for planning and executing the sales strategy of CX solutions in Brazil.

He has been working in sales for the last 18 years and specifically with Customer Experience in the previous six years. João has a mission to transform the Customer Experience business in Brazil through an innovative and modern approach. He thinks that CX is much more than Commerce and CRM. “Customer Experience is about listening and interpreting the customer signals and transforming this information in business outcomes and better experiences.”, he says.

João has a Bachelor in Business Administration from FTEC Brazil and Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
